Rules
Racing Rules of the ISAF 2005-2008, the ISAF-Regulations, the rules and the sailing instruction 2006 of the Austrian Sailing Federation, the sailing instructions of the event, the class rules and the notice of race.
Doping-rules in correspondation to the rules of Austria.
This event is a Kat. A ISAF Regulation 20. If there is the possibility of personal advertising like regulation 20, the event gets Kat. C.

Each boat has to be registered in a club, accepted by the ISAF, and has to correspond with the class rules. Each participanting boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with adequate cover.
The participants have to be member of a ISAF accepted club or federation. All helmsmen have to present the sailing licence „A" of the Austrian Sailing Federation or a similar document of a foreign federation.
The championship is open for men and women and there is one over-all result in each class.

Certificate for membership of the club (or sailing federation) of the participant. Measurement papers for the boat. Insurance papers.

Each participant has to come personally to the registration office. The „Disclaimer of Liability" has to be signed by the sailor (in case of underage by the parents).

Participating price
For the best Austrian Team in each class will be given the title „Austrian Youth Champion
2006" and the trophy of the Austrian Sailing Federation.

Liability
Each participant is responsible to stick to all rules of this event and of the RR. Each participant sails on his own risk (RR 4). The Union Yacht Club Wolfgangsee takes no liabiltiy for damages in life or property.

Support boats
Before racing support boats have to be registered in the race office. Each support boat
has to correspond to the system of law of the territory of Salzburg.

There is no possibility to place tents in the club area. Please take the youth hostels. The
next camping area is situated 3 km away from the club!

Wind information
Lake Wolfgangsee is situated near to the town of Salzburg (map under www.uyc-wolfgangsee.at (Gästeinfo)) and has a typical thermical wind, called „Brunnwind", with a normal strength of 2-4 Bf.

Events
The cinema of St. Gilgen will be used as an Eventcenter and there will be organized a nice programme of several events and highlights. The schedule in detail will be published on our homepage in May, 2006.
